At Illustrious Angels Youth and Family Services, we offer a comprehensive range of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of youth and families, particularly those affected by domestic violence and family challenges. Our services aim to foster empowerment, resilience, and a healthy state of well-being.

    Youth Development Programs

Building Our Sisters to Soar: This program is specifically designed to empower young women who have experienced domestic violence or other significant challenges. Through mentoring, personal development, and skill-building opportunities, we help young women regain confidence, set goals, and pursue their dreams.

Educational Support: We offer scholarships through the Dr. Catina L. Murphy Scholarship Fund, providing financial assistance to youth pursuing higher education and other educational opportunities.

Life Skills Workshops: We empower youth with crucial life skills such as financial literacy, career planning, emotional intelligence, and the tools to build healthy relationships. These workshops help prepare them for a successful future both personally and professionally, equipping them to thrive in all areas of life.

        Family Strengthening Programs

Parenting Support: We offer workshops, counseling, and resources to help parents navigate the complexities of raising children, especially in the context of domestic violence. Our goal is to strengthen families and provide the tools for positive family dynamics.

Family Counseling: We provide supplemental support for professional counseling services to promote mental health and emotional well-being for families affected by domestic violence. Our counseling services help families heal and grow stronger together.

Resource Assistance: We connect families with essential resources, including housing, employment, and food assistance, ensuring they have the support needed to rebuild their lives and achieve long-term stability.

            Community Engagement Initiatives

Volunteer Opportunities: We provide numerous opportunities for community members to get involved and support our mission. Volunteers play a crucial role in expanding our impact by mentoring, assisting with events, and providing operational support.

Workshops & Seminars: We host educational events on topics such as health, wellness, financial stability, and domestic violence awareness. These workshops empower individuals and families with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive.

Advocacy: Our advocacy efforts focus on raising awareness about domestic violence and family well-being, promoting policies that align with our mission. We amplify the voices of survivors and work toward creating lasting change in our community.
